We are headquartered in Cairo with an office in Riyadh.

Founded by Osama Amin, our team brings three decades of operating experience and relationships in high‑growth markets. We combine data‑driven analysis with hands‑on support for our portfolio companies.

Over this period we have developed long‑standing relationships with customers and public institutions across the Middle East—including ministries, regulators, state‑owned enterprises, and municipalities. We understand local procurement cycles and tendering, and we navigate permits, certifications, customs, and standards with precision. This practical access and regulatory knowledge help de‑risk market entry, compress approval timelines, and deliver compliant in‑country solutions.

We invest across education, healthcare, manufacturing, defense, real estate, and technology. Our focus is on technology transfer, building local capability, and creating durable value. We acquire and expand operating businesses and form joint ventures to localize manufacturing and service capability. We manage end‑to‑end regulatory execution—permits, certifications, and local‑content compliance—and deploy patient capital to partner across the full investment cycle.
